| The Classified Compensation Manual contains the university's information on compensation related policies and practices. Additional sources of information include the Handbook of Operating Procedures (HOOP) . These guidelines have been designed to ensure consistent and equitable salary administration practices throughout UTHSC-H. When necessary, these guidelines may be changed to meet individual or business needs with management's approval.
