What We Do...Training and Development offers timely, customized programs and classes ranging from professional and leadership development to team development for all employees, staff and faculty. The Training and Development Group of Human Resources also provides a depth of expertise in organizational development, performance planning and coaching, to name a few. Additionally the training staff customizes numerous programs for work teams, facilitates retreats and brainstorming sessions, provides individual professional development coaching, and offers professional speakers on a variety of topics. Class enrollment is now based on registration.
