The Compensation Services team advises and supports University managers by providing a partnership of information and knowledge exchange on compensation plans and pay programs in order to attract and retain competent and qualified staff.
The compensation system established in support of this goal includes the following objectives:
- To establish competitive compensation levels for jobs on the basis of their relevant labor markets.
- To provide tools and consultation so that managers may make informed compensation decisions in order to support and reinforce the organization’s mission, values and strategies.
- To comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
