What is a reasonable accommodation?
Answer: ADA requires employers to make reasonable accommodation for a qualified individual with a disability unless it will cause an undue hardship on the operation of the business. Reasonable accommodation may include: 
  • Making existing facilities accessible to and usable by an individual with a disability.
  • Rearranging work schedules.
