Mission
The mission of the Training & Resource Center (TRC) is to provide the university community with a resource to manage and deliver development opportunities.

Features
With functionality to include online and classroom course creation, course registration, and curricula management the TRC encompasses a range of opportunities for development, but is not limited to the training arena.

There are team rooms equipped with discussion forums and community content areas, a media center with audio and visual presentation capabilities, as well as a library to house references and periodicals.

Additionally, the TRC has a component entirely devoted to mandatory training which will bring about great changes to the processes of manual reporting.

Benefits
The Training & Resource Center will improve current systems of tracking and monitoring regulatory and compliance related trainings, certifications and licensures, and create an efficiency that is currently not available.

As a communication tool, the TRC enables users to build teams for content sharing and work groups, and has the capability to create personalized email distribution lists.
