EEO Training for Supervisors (Part of Practical Skills for Leaders Series)

This is a half-day workshop is designed for managers and individual contributors to become:
  • More aware of the current employment law interpretation and application.
  • Familiar with the university's employment policies directly related to these laws.
  • Cognizant of behaviors that could jeopardize the university's good standing.

In this class we will:

  • Define EEO/Affirmative Action terms and applicable laws
  • Discuss issues, basis, and burdens for complaints of discrimination.

Length of course: 3 Hours
