This is a half-day workshop is designed for managers and individual contributors to become:

More aware of the current employment law interpretation and application.
Familiar with the university's employment policies directly related to these laws.
Cognizant of behaviors that could jeopardize the university's good standing.

In this class we will:

Define EEO/Affirmative Action terms and applicable laws
Discuss issues, basis, and burdens for complaints of discrimination.
