Management Skills for Supervisors a program for supervisors and other leaders covering eight topics critical to success in leadership. Topics one through six ( identified with an *) are “core” subjects and are required courses for all employees in supervisory positions. These six core classes are mandatory for all people in supervisory positions, however, we encourage anyone in a leadership role to enroll in all eight modules.
